McDonald’s has launched an alternative chicken version of their well-known Big Mac for the first time in the UK beginning on February 2.The fast food company will substitute its famous beef patties by two tender chicken fillets with a slice of cheese along with pickles, lettuce, as well as The “world-famous” Big Mac sauce in the form of a three-layered bun.The brand new Chicken Big Mac will be available at 1,300 UK restaurants . Customers are expected to spend PS4.09 to get the hamburger, which is 50p higher than the standard Big Mac.

It is also more calorific than the traditional Big Mac, which has 508 calories. Chicken Big Mac is 544 calories.But, the burger is available only for a brief period and the public has until March 15th to try the burger.Chicken Big Mac is available on McDonald’s menus in Australia as well as the United Arab Emirates.McDonald’s will also be returning several of its most-loved items on February 2nd, such as McDonald’s Double Big Mac, mozzarella dippers as well as The Chicken Legend sandwich, and Galaxy salted caramel and chocolate McFlurries.The chain removed the well-known Chicken Legend sandwich temporarily from its menu in November in order to make room for the Christmas menu and assured customers that it would be back in January.Customers have taken to Twitter to complain about the sandwich they loved was missing from the menu for this month.
